Why did I write this book?
- To help my clients further than 1:1 counseling sessions
- I took my healing , my pain, struggles, lessons learned, I was in so much pain, depression, and darkness
- The four main dances, these were common in myself and my clients. If you are like us, then you probably are dancing with the deceiver through some or all of these dances.
- Dance of Security: Overcoming Insecurity. Insecurity is a feeling of uncertainty, lack of confidence, or anxiety about yourself. Full of doubts about yourself. Feelings like everyone is judging them condemning them.
- Dance of Righteousness: Overcoming Shame Feeling “I am bad”, “There’s something wrong with me,” Awareness that you are flawed, dirty or unclean. It comes from fear of unworthiness or unlovable.
- Dance of Power: Overcoming Powerless It is the power to make choices, have needs met, have an opinion, disagree, be wrong, or be right.
- Dance of Identity: Overcoming Mistaken Identity . It answers Who am I? Where do I belong? What is my value?
